proceeded quickly and we appreciated
that you were on-site at every critical
point. For example, when the excavator
hit water, you installed a pump and
rocks within hours. Your communication
was excellent. We were kept informed of
the schedule and notified of any
changes. And, there were no surprises.
When
we did have a question or concern, you
responded immediately. Your patience in
re-drawing the pool shape until it
appealed to us was particularly
appreciated. In response to our
concerns about drainage, you re-graded,
changed the drain locations and
installed additional drains in the
planters.
As a
resource, you connected us with a lender
who quickly arranged the loan. When we
wanted to build our own fence, you faxed
the county requirements to us. It was
also very beneficial to look at other
people’s pools and patios, thank you for
connecting us with your previous
customers.
We
have worked with other contractors on
construction projects in the past. You
were much easier to work with, kept your
promises, provided unexpected customer
service and exceeded our expectations.

finally, your service didn’t end when

the wonderful pool toys that the
